Executive Vice President
Diva Mayeau
Diva Mayeau is an executive leader with more than 25 years of experience in public‑sector technology and software, with a career rooted in hands‑on experience and steady progression. As Executive Vice President of Harris Education Solutions, she aligns strategy, operations, and financial stewardship to support long‑term growth and strong outcomes for K–12 institutions.
Diva began her career as a software tester and advanced through roles including Subject Matter Expert, Trainer, Project Manager, Operations Manager, Engineering Delivery Director, and Regional Manager. This progression shaped her practical leadership style and provided a deep understanding of technology, service delivery, and customer needs.
After joining Harris, she served as Vice President of Professional Services and Vice President of Operations within Harris Computers before assuming her current executive role in 2024. Across these roles, she has focused on strengthening operations, improving service delivery, and supporting teams through organizational change.
Originally from Colombia, Diva brings a global perspective informed by both her personal and professional journey. She is the mother of three biological children and two bonus children, and values education, well‑being, and resilience at home and at work.
Diva was nominated and accepted into the prestigious Worldwide Women’s Association, recognizing her leadership experience and professional achievements. She is also a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering and a Workplace Mental Health Leadership Certificate. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, a personal interest that reflects her appreciation for culture and connection.

Vice President of Operations
Dr. Brad Hunter
With 33 years of education experience, Dr. Brad Hunter has built his expertise from the ground up. Starting as a paraprofessional, he moved through essential roles like teacher, principal, and director for various departments including Federal Programs and Pre-K. He eventually took on the role of Assistant Superintendent for K-12 Operations and Curriculum in Lee County, Alabama. Brad’s academic credentials are a perfect match for this practical experience. He holds a range of degrees, from bachelor’s in psychology and human services to master’s degrees in education and reading, all the way to an Education Specialist in Administration and a Ph.D. in Curriculum Development. His experience has given him firsthand insight into the challenges school systems face every day. As Vice President of Operations and Product at Harris Education Solutions, Brad’s goal is to partner with the HES team to design software that not only addresses these challenges but also empowers educators and students to thrive.

Anthony Siciliano
A visionary leader with 25 years in the education technology industry, Anthony Siciliano is dedicated to driving innovation in K-12 technology. His deep understanding of educational trends allows him to shape the next generation of HES offerings, ensuring they evolve to meet the real-world needs of educators and students. Anthony leverages his expertise in data-driven solutions and user-focused development to enhance the HES product suite. He is committed to a consultative approach, working closely with district leaders to provide the technological support and insight required to help them achieve their unique educational goals.

Sales & Marketing Leader
Chris Donnelly
With over 20 years of experience in K-12 education and technology, Chris brings deep industry expertise to Harris Education Solutions. His career spans leadership roles at AutoSkill International and School Specialty Inc., as well as co-founding BrightFish Reading, where he served as President and CRO. With his experience in educational technology focused on students struggling with reading and math, Chris has presented at major national and international conferences and events including the IRA, IDA, ISTE, ASCD, and NSBA. He holds a B.A. in English Literature from Carleton University and is dedicated to building lasting partnerships with HES customers.

Group Leader
Dan Youngren
With over 21 years of experience in delivering education technology solutions in K-12, Dan brings a wealth of institutional knowledge and leadership stability to Harris Education Solutions (HES). Having managed large-scale student information and educational analytics systems for several years, he possesses an “in-the-trenches” practical understanding of the complexities schools and districts face. Dan served as Vice President of Operations for HES for nearly a decade, overseeing services and support, before leading the entire team as Executive Vice President from 2021 to 2023. Now serving as a Group Leader for Harris Computer, Dan guides HES and other public sector and nonprofit business units with his considerable experience. He remains steadfast in his desire to provide superior consultative services and support to HES customers, enabling schools and districts to leverage technology effectively.
