Tango Trends – Tango Software’s Trends application provides consistent, mobile, real-time, actionable information to all educators. Trend’s customizable dashboards monitor student expectations and assessment objective mastery, as well as demographics, curriculum timelines, and assessment progress through its mobile reporting solution. All teacher, school, district, and state-wide information is connected, which helps provide relevant teaching and learning analytics, to engage every student, at any level, at any time.
Assessment Builder – The Trends document builder, Kentro, allows teachers, campus, or district personnel to quickly create answer keys or full assessments. Kentro uses the latest STAAR fonts and other formats to ensure the document created has a similar look and feel to STAAR. Pop-ups, Rollovers, footers, resource pages, and lined writing pages are all automatically generated based on the assessment. Assessment items are tagged with Bloom’s Taxonomy, Depth of Knowledge, Rigor and Relevance Framework, content standard, process standard(s), STAAR reporting category, and expectation keyword. Ready for online testing. Quick release at set standards with bubble ranges. PDF documents are clean, crisp, and ready to print with your district’s logo. Online Testing Module – The Etazo student response system is the quickest, easiest way to collect student assessment data. The online testing system has the look and feel of Cambium for STAAR practice. All technology-enhanced items and student supports are available. Test-to-Speech, Speech-to-Text, Pop-ups, Rollovers, calculation aids, spelling support, and dictionary support available. Teachers or other writing raters enter data quickly using the Etazo web-based entry system.
LION for Reading – The Learning Inventory of Need (LION) in English and Spanish (LEON), is a comprehensive, adaptive reading assessment for students grades KG – 12 (KG – 6 for Spanish). Student results include foundational skills and reading proficiency levels to assist teachers in remediation and enrichment. The complete suite of results provides teacher lesson plans, small group activities, student-based online games, and one-on-one passages for the observational teacher/student experience. A complete and comprehensive literacy RTI/MTSS tool that is based on the science of reading.
LION for Math – The Learning Inventory of Need (LION) in English and Spanish (LEON) is a comprehensive, adaptive math assessment for students grades KG – Alg 1 (Spanish K-5). A web-based assessment giving students tasks based on grade-level readiness skills and their corresponding pre-skills. Teachers learn valuable information regarding students’ proficiency in math concepts and their progress throughout the year.

Common Assessments – Liberty Source Publishing provides districts with original STAAR-aligned items to be used for formative and summative assessments. TPRI/Tejas LEE –
CIRCLE/C-PALLS+ – The CIRCLE/C-PALLS+ assessment was developed by the Children’s Learning Institute at the University of Texas Health Science Center. Evaluating pre-kindergarten literacy, math, science, social studies, early writing, and social development, CIRCLE/C-PALLS+ measures critical skills for all head start domains.
LION for Pre-K – The LION universal screener for pre-kindergarten evaluates both literacy and math. The test is done both independently by the student and one-on-one with the teacher. Teachers get purposeful, key data using the powerful Tango reports to group their students, find activities to reinforce skills, and monitor student progress.
Kinder Readiness – The LION Kindergarten Multidimensional Readiness Screener is a stand-alone readiness screener that assesses Emergent Reading, Emergent Writing, and Language and Communication domains. The brief 7 minute screener allows districts to quickly evaluate students’ proficiency in subtests that are most likely to indicate a readiness for kindergarten instruction. The LION KMRS includes optional skill checklists to track math skills, health & wellness, writing, reading, and communication.
Dyslexia Screener – The LION Dyslexia Screener is a K-8 stand-alone dyslexia screener that specifically targets skills that are more characteristic of students with dyslexia. Based on IDA risk factors, the LION Dyslexia Screener will identify red flags for students that might need additional evaluation. Included in the suite are checklist rubrics for screening behaviors, qualitative data collection, and a stand-alone dysgraphia screener.
